Steps.
First we need to start creating a NEW FOLDER by clicking RIGHT CLICK in the DESKTOP and select NEW and CREATE / select a new folder. then after creating a new folder lets proceed on changing the folder ICONS by clicking right on the folder you want to change the icon and select on to the last option PROPERTIES and go to CUSTOMIZE. you will change the FOLDER icon by SELECTING the CHOOSE PICTURE when you want to change it by personalize pictures of your all you have to do is browse on the files you want to change. second is when you want to change a icon default you may Click into Change ICON into the FOLDER ICON and click on the CHANGE ICON and you may select what icon you want to change. and click OKay and Apply.
